During my extensive career of over 25 years in travel and tourism so far, I have specialised in the b2b industry and built my expertise in the areas of distribution, sales, and operations across India.

 

The highlight of my journey was my 17+ year tenure at Ottila International (previously Saltours International, India) during which I assisted in establishing a network of 17 locations across India with a team of over 200 personnel from sales, operations and Human Resources thereby contributing to Ottila’s position today as India’s leading b2b wholesaler. I have been instrumental in securing key global contracts and partnerships, helping diverse partners - such as Rail-Europe, Disneyland Paris, Venetian Macau Resort, Globus family of brands, Swiss Travel System and all leading global hotel chains reach every corner of India via Ottila’s distribution network.

 

I launched my own venture even while I was at the top of my game as Executive Vice President at Ottila International. My hands on work style, vast accumulated knowledge of the Indian marketplace and the ability to trouble shoot situations led me towards starting my own venture to put my experience to use by creating solutions to solve problems in the industry and providing guidance to travel businesses.

 

This led to the formation of Travbiz Solutions Pvt Ltd and Travbiz Advisory which provides strategic guidance to travel and hospitality businesses looking to tap the potential of the Indian travel market. I am proud to say that there is no consultancy firm in the Indian Travel Industry that can offer unbiased and insightful knowledge of the market in every form, Travbiz is NOT a representation company but a partner for you in India to set up your business here.
